Why do I sometimes get auto-disconnected suddenly while I'm AFK?
Answer:
Your IP address has changed, resulting in a server disconnection because of the IP change.
Dynamic IP - temporary and can change over time or when the device reconnects to the network.
Your Internet Service Provider automatically assigns a new IP address to your network. You were connected using the old IP, which was automatically registered with our Firewall. When your IP changes due to its dynamic nature, our firewall automatically disconnects you from the server because it needs to recognize your new IP address.
If your launcher is grayed out and the Start Button is not working, please create a ticket in our Discord Channel for assistance.
Our security feature is sensitive and necessary for the server to prevent DDoS attacks.
