ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Welcome to MU-Asia by Mabaga Enterprise. MU-Asia provides its service to you, subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"), which may be updated by us in our sole discretion from time to time without notice to you. You agree that your continued use of the Service (as defined below) after such update will constitute your acceptance of and agreement to be bound by the updated TOS. In addition, when using particular MU-Asia services, you and MU-Asia shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services, which may be posted from time to time. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the TOS. MU-Asia also may offer other services from time to time that are governed by different Terms of Services. These TOS do not apply to such other services.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
MU-Asia currently provides users with access to a rich collection of online resources, including, various communications tools, discord server, shopping services, personalized content and branded programming through its network of properties (the "Service"). Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new MU-Asia properties, shall be subject to the TOS. You understand and agree that the Service is provided "AS-IS" and that MU-Asia assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, currency, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.
In order to use the Service, you must obtain access to the World Wide Web, either directly or through devices that access web-based content, and pay any service fees associated with such access. You acknowledge that MU-Asia is not responsible or liable in any way for your access to the World Wide Web. In addition, you must provide all equipment necessary to make such connection to the World Wide Web, including a computer and modem or other access device. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the set-up, configuration or compatibility of the hardware, software and other equipment used by you for obtaining access to the Service.
YOUR REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS
In consideration of the Service being made available to you, you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service's registration form (such information being the "Registration Data") and (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or MU-Asia has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, MU-Asia has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service (or any portion thereof) without any liability to you. MU-Asia is concerned about the safety and privacy of all its users, particularly children. For this reason, parents of children under the age of 13 who wish to allow their children access to the Service must provide proper guidance. Accordingly, as the legal guardian, it is your responsibility to determine whether any of the Services and/or Content (as defined in Section 6 below) are appropriate for your child.
MU-ASIA DATA PRIVACY POLICY
Registration Data and certain other information about you is subject to our Privacy Policy which is incorporated by reference into and made a part of this TOS. By giving the Registration Data and certain other information about yourself to MU-Asia, you agree and acknowledge that MU-Asia may release such information to third parties as specified in the Privacy Policy, and that you give consent to such disclosure.
ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY
You will assign your username, password, and secret question upon completing the Service's registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and secret questions for all activities that occur under your account. (a) Ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. (b) You are responsible for creating your passwords and accounts, which you should always keep secure. We have no control over the websites or browsers you use to log in, or the locations you access your accounts. (c) Never give your account to anyone else—this is carelessness—and never hold management accountable for the decisions you make. We never request passwords for any transaction. (d) It is fundamental to never use a password like abcde, 1111, or 123456789. (e) ensure that you always remember the secret question. MU-Asia nor Mabaga Enterprise cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply. If we allow an hack cases to be reported, we could encourage others to take advantage of the gaps in this kind of problem—for example, by selling their items and telling us they were hacked.
MEMBER CONDUCT
You understand and acknowledge that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other materials ("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted via the Service, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. This means that you, and not MU-Asia, are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, email or otherwise transmit via the Service. MU-Asia nor Mabaga Enterprise cannot and does not control or monitor the Content posted via the Service and, as such, cannot and does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. You understand and acknowledge that by using the Service, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable. Under no circumstances will MU-Asia be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, any exposure to offensive, indecent or objectionable Content, any errors or omissions in any Content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed or otherwise transmitted via the Service.
ACCOUNT VALIDITY
All accounts are valid only assuming the said account is in the state of activeness. Due to high account creation and storage costs, management believes that it must maintain and clean inactive accounts from its database.
All items or data affiliated with a deleted account due to inactivity will be permanently deleted. To keep your accounts recorded as "active", the said account must be used and logged in for at least 120 minutes within 365 days.
