REMINDER:
Our Gaion's Order event is very successful and is heavily attended for daily grinding, which is why encountering bugs cannot be avoided.
If you encounter any bugs like the Gate Bug, etc., in any Zone during the Weekday/Saturday run, even if you report them, it's not straightforward to immediately fix these bugs because the server doesn't control what happens inside the Gaion's Order. Otherwise, the Channel where the bug occurred may be required to conduct an entire channel restart which may cause mass disconnection.
We recommend that if you encounter issues in a specific Channel, it's best to select another server and switch to a different Channel because the Gaion Event is very intensive and also requires temporary cooldown periods.
Entering the Gaion's Order from Monday to Saturday, especially on Sunday, with Complete Secromicon tickets, please be advised that we will no longer support any lost tickets upon entering the Gaion's Order, even if the ticket is a Complete Secromicon. To avoid multiple deductions of tickets, kindly use or place only one ticket in the inventory for each of the characters on every Gaion run.
For Sunday Gaion, if you encounter a bug within Zone 1 to Zone 4, we inform you that your ticket is refundable, but all the collected Chaos Cards and Jewels at that time will be confiscated. It is your discretion whether to request a refund for the ticket or not, if not, the items you collected will not be confiscated.
